Vintage Cutex Cuticle Cream Jar ( Item # 36914 )
This is an old milk glass jar for Cutex Cuticle Cream.  It is 7/8" high, the lid is 1 3/8" in diameter, the bottom of the jar is 1 1/2" in diameter.  There is no cream left in the jar, the inside is clean.  There is minor wear to the lid, mostly around the edge.  Otherwise it is in very good condition.  The jar has no chips or cracks.  The lid is marked "Cutex Cuticle Cream (Comfort)"; the label on the base of the jar is marked "Directions--For relief of dry or lacerated cuticle or hangnails, apply on retiring.  Allow to remain overnight".  The name on the label is Northam Warren, New York.  This is probably circa 1930's.  It would be a neat vintage item to display on your vanity or dressing table.
