Beautiful Golden Amber Sterling Bracelet ( Item # 38361 )
One of the most beautiful amber bracelets, I've seen is this golden amber oval cabochons set in sterling silver. The bracelet measures 7" x 1" and has a lobster clasp for secure holding. Cubic Amber Necklace from Germany ( Item # 38291 )
This is the most unusual Amber necklace I have come across. The Amber is hand tooled into cubes that gradually get smaller toward to back. The largest cubes are 3/4 of an inch square. Each piece also is faceted at the corners which makes the necklace cast a nice shine. It is hand strung and knotted between each bead. I bought this in Hungary from a woman who got it in Germany over 50 years ago. It was obviously well cared for because there is none of the scratches and chips that are seen in many older Amber pieces.

Custom Made Wire Wrapped Amber Set ( Item # 39755 )
Custom made goldtone (gf, I believe) wrapped irregular shaped amber beads in a 22" pendant necklace. Pendant measures 1" teardfrop shape and does have an inclusion. Hook clasp at the back. Large Signed Native American Cuff with Birds ( Item # 33155 )
This is a large two inch wide Native American silver cuff with turquoise and coral. The inlay motif of a bird in flight, one on each side, is taken from nature as is the norm with many of these pieces. . It is signed by the artist HMIJ, T. I recently saw a fantastic collection of these big Native American silver bracelets, with one just like this but with reverse stone colors for $800. It is really an impressive cuff.

The brooch is clearly signed "Mylu". It measures approximately 1" wide x 1 1/2" high. It has a secure safety clasp closure and is in very good condition. Art Deco Long Flapper Honey Color Glass Beads Necklace ( Item # 38970 )
This is a nice long string of unusual shaped beads. The small round beads and larger round beads are faceted. The square & unusual shaped long beads have a smooth surface. It has the old screw type fastener even though it will easily fit over your head, and are long enough to double if you wish. The only tiny marks I see under my magnifying light are in the glass making. There are no chips or cracks. The hanging length is 20 1/2".

Look at the large crystals in this necklace. Measuring 18", the necklace holds both flat and round faceted crystal beads in black and clear, with the largest bead being 1/2 inch. From the 20's, it has a book value of $300.
I've pair this up with a one inch black glass and rhinestone (both brilliant and square cut) pin. A couple of the rhinestones appear to be darkening; however, the photos make it look worse than it is. From the 40's it has a book value of $90.

Deco Floral Gold Plated Brooch ( Item # 39161 )
Typical of the Deco period, this gold plate over metal brooch has a wonderful Lilly of the Valley motif. The two flowers are different, being made of pot metal that mimics marcasite, with center green rhinestones. This brooch shows minimum wear, but does need to be cleaned.

H.F.B. Co. Gold Heart Locket ( Item # 39159 )
These love lockets were popular back in the 40's when a boy could get one at the Five and Dime for his girl. My mother had received several of them from various boy friends she had, until my father came along and stole one of hers shoes through an entire length of a party ~ but that's another story.
This heart locket was manufactured by the H.F.B. Company. It's marked several times, including that it is 1/20th gold filled. With its original fine chain it is 16 inches in length, and in excellent condition.

Sterling, Onyx and Marcasite Art Deco Brooch ( Item # 29100 )
Elegant 2-3/4" bar style brooch features sterling silver with marcasite trim and black onyx inlay. Sterling bars across the onyx make this more of geometric pattern. Unusual Jet and Onyx Cameo Filigree Necklace ( Item # 39162 )
You and I know that so much of the cameo jewelry we run across is similar. My goal is always to bring you pieces that are rare or of a unique design. This cameo necklace fits that category beautifully.
The center black cameo backing is either onyx or glass with a jet or celluloid bust. I do not know these materials well enough to say with certainty which is the case. The cameo is housed in an elaborate setting, mounted onto a filigree pendant which is edged in prong black stones. It looks to be brass with a silver plate. The dainty stone bail and chain are brass. This is a lovely heirloom that you will love wearing.

Vintage Art Deco Pendant, Yellow Glass Stone & Marcasites ( Item # 36229 )
This is a nice Art Deco pendant, set with marcasites and a rounded top pearly yellow glass stone. It has no marking as to what the mounting is made of, but it does not look like sterling. The dark spot at the top reverse side is a shadow from my photo lighting. The pendant measures approximately 1 5/8" long x 3/4" wide. I cannot find any flaws on this piece. All of the marcasites are present and the center stone is in very good condition.
Vintage Art Deco Style Ice Rhinestone Dangle Earrings ( Item # 35935 )
These earrings make a statement! They are set in silvertone metal (looks like rhodium) and are clipback style. The dangle is 1 1/4", full length they are almost 2" long. They are set with quality ice rhinestones, all present, and no dead stones. They are in very good condition, the clipbacks work well, just beautiful. These are not new earrings. I believe they are from the 1950's era.

Large Silverplate Art Nouveau Pendant With Seated Nude ( Item # 35900 )
This is not a reproduction. The pendant is silverplate, measuring 2" in diameter. It has the same decor on both sides of the pendant. It pictures a seated nude with scrollwork, flowers, & ribbed edge with beadwork. One side does show a little wear at the top, and there are a few small indent marks. Otherwise the pendant is in very good condition. Once again, this is not a reproduction.

Reproductions are proliferating everywhere in Art Nouveau jewelry because the originals are so difficult to find nowdays. We will always tell you if an item is a reproduction. This is NOT a reproduction, but a tiny treasure collar or lapel pin featuring a silver cameo profile of a lovely lady with flowing hair and what looks like a pearl headband. She is mounted on an openwork filigree background. this has the older c-clasp and measures 1" across. Very pretty. Look for us to be adding more Art Nouveau jewelry soon.
Victorian Garnet Demi in Original Leather Box ( Item # 34353 )
I am thrilled to offer this rare Victorian set. Garnet pieces were very fashionable between 1880-90s. Finding a complete set is rare, and in its original leather box is even more so. This box is also in very good condition, and still has it's original lining. It looks like the owner was partial toward the bracelet, as the gold gilt shows wear. The hinge and clasp are in good working order and there is also a safety chain present. The heart shaped screw back earrings and pin are in excellent condition with no wear. Such pins were almost always less than two inches, and this one is exactly one inch. If you care to see more photos, please contact me.
These garnet pieces were normally made of gold over brass, or gilted silver. This bracelet holds a row of garnets in a bezel frame, with prongs inside. There is a tiny section (two garnets long) on the outside top rim that shows wear to the finish. It looks black, which may indicate a silver base, but the two tiers of added center work are held in place by two brass pins. So I can make no claims one way or the other, and it doesn't affect the value either way. The set holds a book value of $1800.

Vintage Art Deco Sterling Flower Woman Brooch ( Item # 28705 )
You find the reproductions every day, but this is an original vintage sterling brooch in the Art Nouveau style featuring a lovely woman with hair flowing to shape a flower. This measures about 2" and has fabulous detail and wonderful patina. The brooch has the older c-clasp on the back and is signed "Sterling". Hollow construction so it is lightweight enough to wear on the sheerest of fashions or a jacket lapel. This is an unusual artisan pendant necklace featuring a large 3-1/2" bronze ? pendant with a green/gray faux verdegris finish and large glass rhinestone in the center. This unusual and unique handmade brooch is made of sheet pewter and electroformed copper, decorated with turquoise and glass bead lampwork. The oblong bead on this brooch is partially copper covered. She uses primitive design elements, this one having Navajo style engraving on the surface. She started her jewelry business in Bozeman, Montana in the 1980's. From what information I could find, she does not sign her pieces but each one comes with a card which is signed "Q. Miller", and each piece has a name which is also on the card. Unfortunately, there is no card with this brooch. Interesting.....

Brooch - Brass Arts and Crafts Style - TOEY ( Item # 21467 )
An unusual brass brooch with an Arts and Crafts period look to it. This is from an estate and I do not know much about the significance of the figure represented on the front labeled TOEY? Figure is profile of a woman or man? with long shoulder length hair and a cloche type hat. What look like chain links are featured below with either a lock or hook. Center is hammered and edges are punched decorated (not all the way through) I have not tried to clean this at all. It is in good condition and has an older c'clasp.

Sterling - Elegant Vintage Sterling Brooch ( Item # 17970 )
This is an estate piece and features a 3-1/4" leafy background with center beaded accents. Unusual in that this has a "hammered" look to the back, but the front is smooth. A vintage designed piece that unfortunately has no signature or markings. It does, however, test sterling.
