High volume, real income producing volume requires serious organization.

Real income producing volume means things need to go clickety-click to prevent problems from arising and if any problems arise they must be handled quickly and efficiently.

The paperless office is a myth. The computer is great for a lot of things but when it comes down to it, pushing a piece of paper from the left side of the desk to right side is much easier than learning and using 10 different software programs to accomplish the same thing.

You need paper to keep things from falling apart. Paper should tell us what needs to be done and when to do it. The system must be able to mesh with any bookkeeping or accounting program.

You should not need to use a bookkeeping program for the system to work. But if you do, it is important that the system feeds a bookkeeping program efficiently and it better make bookkeeping data entry a snap!

The less paper the better. (Very important)

One piece of paper per item offered from start to finish would be best!

Learning HTML, fancy graphics and adding sound in your ad is not what is making sellers money on Ebay. Moving product and lots of it is what pays the mortgage so the system must be able to handle any work load thrown at it without complaining or letting you down.
